1. Offer

I offer 1:1 energy sessions, workshops, and individual sessions within the framework of holistic work.
My focus is on the connection of body, mind, and soul, as well as the activation of inner strength and self-healing potential.

 

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through an external booking platform or via direct request (e.g. by email or Instagram message).
Payment must be made in advance – via PayPal or another payment system specified during the booking process.
Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions (e.g. readings, energy work)
Cancellations or rescheduling are free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.

Workshops / Group Offers
With the booking of a workshop, your registration becomes binding and the full fee is due. Free cancellations are not possible.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person after prior agreement.

 

4. Disclaimer & Responsibility

My work does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
I do not provide diagnoses and I do not make healing promises.
Participation is at your own responsibility. In case of health-related or psychological concerns, please consult an appropriate professional.

 

5. Confidentiality

Everything shared in the course of our work together will be treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

 

6. Copyright

All materials created within the scope of my work (e.g. texts, meditations, exercises) remain my intellectual property and may not be shared or published without written permission.

 

7. Online Offering

All sessions are currently held online (e.g. via Zoom).
Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, undisturbed space.

 

8. Satisfaction & Refunds

My offerings are created with the greatest care and from deep inner conviction.
Please note that my services are individual, spiritual in nature, and therefore their results cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds due to subjective dissatisfaction or unmet expectations are excluded.

Special Rule for Mediumship with the Deceased
For explicitly requested sessions aimed at contacting a specific deceased person, the following exception applies:
If it is not possible during the session to establish a verifiable connection with the named deceased, the fee will be fully refunded.
A connection is considered established if the session provides information or impressions that can be reasonably linked to the deceased person.
In this case—even if the client feels the contact was insufficient—no refund claim exists.
For all other services, especially spirit guide connections or other energetic and spiritual work, no refund claim applies.

 

9. Rescheduling by Me

Energy work requires clarity and presence. Should I not feel physically or energetically able to hold the session as planned, I reserve the right to reschedule.
In such a case, I will inform you in advance by email.
Please check your inbox (including spam folder) before the appointment.
A replacement appointment will, of course, be offered.
